I only get to visit when I'm in town on holidays, but every single time, Paul and the team make me feel so welcome and looked after. They're incredibly accommodating, whether it's helping with day passes, giving tips on the equipment, or just having a friendly chat, nothing is too much trouble. The gym itself is always spotless, well-equipped, and has such a positive vibe. The staff's genuine friendliness and attentiveness really set it apart from other places I've tried. It honestly feels like a home away from home whenever I'm here. If you're local or just passing through, this is hands-down the best gym around. From the broad range of free weights, selectorised machines, and plate-loaded equipment, to the ample functional space and premium cardio options, everything reflects a genuine understanding of effective training environments. The layout allows for seamless transitions between movements, making it easy to maintain rhythm and focus throughout a session. Equally commendable was the warmth and professionalism of the owner, whose courtesy and attentiveness created an atmosphere that was both welcoming and motivating. It is a rare pleasure to encounter someone who takes such evident pride in offering an environment where people can genuinely improve their physical condition with confidence and comfort. The people training are all friendly, supportive and all have fitness goals that makes training very inclusive. The owner is truly an amazing person. Very generous, supportive and super strong. He is a wealth of knowledge and will make you not just achieve your goals…but surpass them. Best gym I’ve ever trained at in these past 32years!
